Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and application support to customers for assigned products and technologies.
* Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate design solutions.
* Support and manage design-win activities in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Work closely with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Participate in customer projects throughout the entire design cycle, from concept to implementation.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay up to date on new technologies and product developments.
* Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project and opportunity information.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. What We Are Looking For
* Technical, Pre-sales background in Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Interest in technology and customer-facing technical roles.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
* Fluency in Spanish
