Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional remote customer support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, video calls).
* Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to our client's products.
* Provide detailed product information and guidance to a general customer base.
* Document all customer interactions, solutions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product management)



to address customer needs and improve product offerings.
* Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-service.
* Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or products.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive remote team environment. Requirements
* Proven experience in a technical support, customer service, or similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Experience with remote collaboration tools and CRM systems.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
