Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by effectively selling and convincing clients through outbound calls; focus on increasing spend and campaign upselling. Market Engagement: Engage with the Dutch market to detect customer needs, offering adapted solutions and identifying potential future unicorns. Account & Database Management: Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients daily, maintaining an updated customer database with complete and accurate information. Performance & KPIs: Work consistently to meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term loyalty and satisfaction by building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing timely resolutions to inquiries. BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred). Languages: C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken).

Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments.
