responsibilities:
Gather document, and translate customer business processes and requirements into master data specifications for new LIMS implementations. Lead workshops with customer stakeholders to understand laboratory workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system requirements. Develop master data mappings, naming conventions, and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).



Support master data creation and configuration within the LabVantage LIMS platform. Collaborate closely with developers, lead analysts, and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Ensure master data solutions align with business requirements and support effective LIMS implementation. Essential Experience
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with LabVantage LIMS. Strong experience in LabVantage master data creation and configuration. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for LIMS implementations. Knowledge of laboratory workflows, SOPs, and master data mapping. Experience preparing Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) and defining naming conventions. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
