The role

You’ll own every Street project in Spain, from handover of the premises to opening day and punch-list close-out, delivered on the agreed date and CAPEX. Street-level and shopping-centre fit-outs, plus backing up our Construction teams in Portugal, Italy and Switzerland on projects and peaks of work.

What you’ll do

- Run several fit-outs in parallel (civil works, MEP, extraction, equipment), from handover to punch-list close-out
- Prepare and launch tenders, compare offers and propose contractor awards
- Control timelines and own the construction milestones in the opening retroplanning
- Track budget, CAPEX, extras and progress certifications, and flag deviations early
- Coordinate main contractors, engineering firms and suppliers of kitchen equipment, furniture and signage




- Manage building and activity licences with consultants and city councils, plus landlord and shopping-centre requirements
- Hand over each store to Operations ready to open, manage after-sales and document as-builts and lessons learned

Who we’re looking for Must-have

- Degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture or Building Engineering
- 4+ years as Project Manager or site manager on retail or restaurant fit-outs, running several projects at once with timeline and budget control
- Knowledge of building services: HVAC, smoke extraction, electrical, plumbing, fire protection
- Knowledge of Spanish building and activity licence regulations
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Based in Madrid and available to travel

Nice-to-have

- Experience with professional kitchens and hospitality equipment
- Experience in fast-growing restaurant chains or shopping-centre fit-outs
- AutoCAD and advanced Excel
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese or Italian
