Experteer Overview In this role, you support chemistry testing and drive business outcomes through scientific judgment. You will set up and optimize laboratory instrumentation and perform receiving inspection, materials testing, environmental control testing, and final product release testing. You will investigate CAPA activities, develop validation plans for equipment and methods, and collaborate to improve processes. Your work helps ensure safe, high-quality medical devices and patient impact across the global market.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Operate and configure laboratory instrumentation for various testing stages (receiving, raw materials, in-process, final release)
- Investigate CAPA and support corrective actions
- Create and develop validation plans for equipment and methods
- Develop lab-specific protocols, reports,



and methods with team members
- Participate in process improvement projects (e.G. BEST, Lean) and propose recommendations
- Perform routine laboratory operations and update documentation
- Interpret data, perform trend analysis, and define qualification strategies for new/modified devices or processes
- Recommend and validate new laboratory equipment
- May train and coach lower-level employees on procedures

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry
- 2 years of experience in a chemistry environment
