Experteer Overview In this role you lead production coordination at TASL for the Make in India C295 program, ensuring alignment with the Initial Production Plan and Airbus requirements. You act as the single focal point for production discussions, managing risks, KPIs, and supplier interfaces to keep the plan on track. You drive value creation initiatives, ethics, and off-shoring collaboration, while fostering a high-performance, cross-functional MFT. You will partner with multiple sites and functions to deliver on-time, quality, and cost targets.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Coordinate and supervise on-site production activities at TASL to deliver against the Production Plan
- Identify deviations from the Initial Plan and implement corrective actions with KPI follow-up
- Lead Value Creation initiatives with multi-functional teams and Indian suppliers
- Ensure adherence to Airbus ethics, compliance, and HSE standards on site
- Manage and develop on-site support teams (10–20 members) and MFT back office




- Interact with TASL management and other sites to align industrial activities and resolve conflicts
- Support contract fulfilment related to WP via CDRL and milestones
- Monitor production KPIs and report on supplier evolution and performance
- Coordinate with subcontractors and Airbus departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MRB, etc.) to ensure smooth production flow
- Support customer acceptance processes and address customer requirements to maximize satisfaction
- Drive risk identification and mitigation planning for production-related risks
- Ensure SAP-based tooling and material planning, reverse logistics, and tooling maintenance are managed
- Promote a culture of Operational Excellence, FOD prevention, ECM-QA, and competence management
- Represent Airbus in site forums and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
