Experteer Overview As Site Manager, you will oversee site operations for large-scale manufacturing projects, working closely with clients, PMs, technical teams and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time, within-budget delivery. You will coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works, driving proactive risk management and performance reporting. This role offers the chance to shape delivery at scale in a multidisciplinary environment and leverage digital tools to improve planning and reporting.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Support the Project Manager in delivering civil construction packages including structural works, roofing and façade systems for an industrial facility
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
- Support planning, coordination and delivery of mechanical, electrical and civil infrastructure works
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks and resource requirements with proactive mitigation
- Drive cost and schedule control to meet performance targets
- Coordinate with project leadership, technical teams and client stakeholders for alignment
- Prepare and present project reports,



status updates and performance metrics using Microsoft Office tools
- Contribute to process improvements and leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions for planning and reporting where appropriateResponsabilidades
- Degree or qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
- Approx. 5 years' experience in construction or project management; industrial constructionexperience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of construction site operations, contractor management, and project controls
- Experience in multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest in digital tools and AI-driven applications for planning, reporting and project management an advantage
- Fluent English and Spanish
