Experteer Overview As a Sr. Digital Ru0026amp; D u0026amp; Automation Engineer, you will design and automate ASIC design tools, build standard development flows, and maintain EDA tooling for digital/mixed-signal ICs. You’ll enable efficient flow automation across design stages and contribute to a CI/CD environment for IC design. This role partners with Digital, CAD, and IT teams to advance leading-edge power ICs for diverse markets. You’ll apply software and DevOps practices to support semiconductor chip design with impact across product teams.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Automate ASIC design tool workflows for multiple design teams (Digital, Physical, Verification, DFT, Mixed-Signal)
- Ru0026D of new methodologies, flows, tools, IPs, and licenses
- Define and implement new standard flows and improve existing ones
- Develop CI/CD environment for IC design
- Linux system administration to install, build, test, and develop environments/tools
- Troubleshoot machine, network,



and tool issues
- Document processes and flows; collaborate with Digital, CAD, and IT teams
- Support projects across ASIC flow stagesResponsabilidades
- Unix/Linux administration and networking experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python, csh) and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with revision control (Git, GitLab)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in system administration and CAD tool installation/support
- BSEE/BSCS or equivalent (MSEE/MSCS preferred)
- DevOps experience (CI, CD, pipelines, Jenkins, GitlabCI)
- Nice-to-have: basic digital design and Verilog/SystemVerilog knowledge
