Experteer Overview As a Data Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space, you design, implement and deploy data integration pipelines across diverse sources, from business and engineering systems to machines and drones. You will work in a cross-functional team within the Data Management u0026amp; AI domain, taking end-to-end accountability for solution delivery and ensuring service excellence after deployment. Your work enables data to flow securely with external partners and customers, supporting AI adoption and interoperability at scale. - Design, implement, and deploy data integration solutions across multiple data sources and platforms
- Define integration tasks for new development use cases with Product Owner input
- Lead UATs and deployment activities in coordination with Operations Manager
- Support platform performance analysis to meet SLAs
- Assist migration of pipelines to a microservices/API-based architecture
- Contribute to AI adoption initiatives and the interoperability layer




- Develop data models and maintain data quality checks and alerts
- Produce deployment plans, configuration management docs, and technical architecture guidanceResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of Data Engineer experience with a focus on data integration
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines with enterprise integration platforms (ETL/ELT, API platforms)
- Experience handling data from diverse sources (csv, json, xml, relational DBs)
- Strong programming skills related to data integration (Python, Flask, Node, JavaScript, Express)
- Relational and NoSQL database querying and management
- Experience with API-based services and microservices/EDA approaches
- Knowledge of DevOps methods/tools (2–3 years) and IT project management
- IT service management basics
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
