? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Performance Intern to join our Greenfield & Operation Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:

- Manage data sources to effectively report power plants operation (internal reports and official reports to CTGI, our parent company).
- Collaborate with advanced techniques to analyze our assets operation.
- Propose and improve existing KPIs to increase power plants generation.
- Apply machine learning techniques to implement data-driven preventive and corrective works.
- Support the proper implementation of automatic data triggers to identify premature malfunction of our generation systems.
- Support the energy production and resource forecasting activities.

? Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics.
- Spanish (Advanced - C1).
- English (Intermediate - B2).




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and desirable skills in Python and R programming, PowerBI dashboards management, Machine Learning techniques, AI agents and Renewable Energy knowledge
- Problem solving, critical thinking, adaptability and team-collaboration
