You will serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring seamless execution of the project lifecycle—from due diligence through transition and ongoing governance. Your leadership will be instrumental in enabling the successful upgrade and adoption of innovative platforms such as Pega, balancing project delivery with cost, capacity, and risk management.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead the execution of due diligence activities and manage the transition to service operations commencing January 1, 2027.
- Oversee and monitor project capacity, manage costs in line with quarterly caps, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies, including those related to the One Pega Platform upgrade.
- Prepare, facilitate, and lead quarterly business reviews and steering committee meetings with key client sponsors and IT leadership.
- Track delivery progress against sprint commitments, monitor defects, and report on changes to sizing drivers and project scope.

- Coordinate effectively with the client’s testing team, manage the release process, and oversee offshore delivery operations.
- Manage the transition from a managed capacity model to a fixed-price phase, ensuring adherence to commercial baselines and contractual obligations.

Skill Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing Agile delivery projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing projects involving Pega or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior client leadership.

- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recognized Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
