Freelance Opportunity | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant

TROVA is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant to support a customer’s ERP transformation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of functional delivery, work closely with business stakeholders and shape how projects are managed from planning and resourcing through to billing.

Location: Fully Remote

Candidate must be based in the EU

Your responsibilities:

- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into practical D365 solutions.
- Configure Project Operations to support project planning, resource management, time and expenses, costing and invoicing.
- Work alongside Finance and technical teams on integrations and end-to-end processes.
- Support testing, UAT, user training and go-live.

What we’re looking for:

- Hands‑on D365 Project Operations functional experience.
- Strong understanding of project-based business processes and project accounting.
- Experience delivering implementations or rollouts.
- Confident stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
