- Oversee talent acquisition activities for senior and critical positions across the region.
- Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Manage performance management processes and support a high-performance culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking, annual review cycles, and reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage complex employee relations matters across multiple countries.
- Leverage HR analytics, systems, and data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
