eDO is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Hybrid Agile Team, collaborating with leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups across multiple locations including Madrid. You will guide teams in adopting Agile principles, enable data-driven decisions, and drive continuous improvement at scale.
You’ll work with Product Owners and Dev Teams, facilitate workshops, and promote Lean/Kanban practices while embracing AI-driven approaches to enhance software development and collaboration.
