About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of investment analysts responsible for in-depth financial research and market analysis.
- Develop and execute investment strategies across diverse asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives) to achieve targeted returns.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including valuation, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
- Oversee the creation and presentation of investment recommendations and portfolio reviews to senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor global economic trends, geopolitical events, and market dynamics impacting investment performance.
- Implement and refine robust risk management frameworks for all investment activities.

Requirements

- Master's degree or PhD in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. CFA charterholder or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in investment management, equity research, portfolio management, or a related financial analysis role.
- Proven track record of successful investment decision-making and delivering superior returns.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, portfolio construction, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading remote teams.
