Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors involved in digital transformation initiatives.

Oversee the implementation of new digital technologies, platforms, and processes.

Ensure effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation and technology implementation.

Proven track record of successfully leading complex, large-scale digital transformation projects.





Strong understanding of various digital technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, CRM).

Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
