Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.What You'll DoProvide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer llaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.What We're Looking ForFluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).Good English communication skills (B1 level)Previous customer service experience is a plus.Excellent communication and problem-solving fortable working with digital platforms and technology.A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.Flexibility to work on a rotating ntract & Working Conditions12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.Full-time: 40 hours per week.8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.Flight ticket reimbursement according to company prehensive health insurance.Free Portuguese language classes.Salary & Benefits
