Support project management activities related to Ops Council initiatives and other cross-functional projects. Participate in Water Circularity initiatives and support the monitoring of cross-selling opportunities. Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders. Support the coordination and promotion of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials. Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing commercial and business projects. Explore and leverage AI and digital tools,
including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and ways of working. Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business priorities and deliver project objectives. Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related field. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level. Strong interest in Marketing, Sales and Project Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, academic project or extracurricular experience related to marketing, sales, business development or project management. Experience working with digital collaboration tools. Interest in sustainability-related initiatives and commercial strategy.
