On-Air Hosting:

Front energetic, swift-moving live broadcasts with a

Audience Interaction:

boost viewer involvement and loyalty .

Professional Appearance:

Uphold

impeccable personal grooming , body posture,



and visual representation standards during broadcasts to reflect premium brand expectations.

Compliance Standards:

Adhere to strict operational procedures and regulatory guidelines to

guarantee complete precision, fairness, and transparency

across all streaming segments.

Studio Collaboration:

Partner closely with floor directors, technical staff, and producers to coordinate timing cues and

deliver smooth, high-grade live productions .

Pay & Performance Incentives

Base Pay:

A stable base salary of

€1,500 per month .

Language Pay:

An extra

€4.00 per hour

while presenting live Dutch broadcasts.

Quality Incentive:

Up to

€3.00 per hour additional

based on hosting quality, rule adherence, and operational performance standards.

Night Shift Extra:

A

20% pay bonus

applied to any work shifts scheduled between 22:55 and 08:00.

Overall Earning Potential:

Combined gross earnings generally average between

€1,850 and €2,100 per month

for a full 40-hour weekly schedule.
