Experteer Overview As Senior Project Management Officer / IT Transformation Officer you empower the IT division to become more efficient and value-driven. You will establish governance, standardise ways of working, and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives across a large international IT organisation. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Drive the IT transformation roadmap and maintain an integrated action plan • Coordinate governance activities and monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions • Standardise operating models, processes, templates, tools, and management practices • Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio metrics to support data-driven decisions • Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees,



and transformation reviews • Provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders • Promote Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement across teams • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration and measurable outcomes

Responsabilidades • 10+ years of experience in project, programme, portfolio, or transformation management within large IT organisations • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale IT transformation initiatives • Strong governance, KPI structures, portfolio controls, and executive reporting • Solid understanding of cloud-based software development, Agile, DevOps, and software delivery lifecycles • Experience in risk, dependency, and stakeholder management in international environments • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and SharePoint • Fluent professional English; additional languages a plus
