talent and succession planning • Manage training and development to equip staff for strategy execution • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent • Oversee day-to-day HR operations (payroll, taxes, Social Security, etc.) • Manage employee relations and health, safety, and wellbeing programs • Support global HR policies adoption in asset-managed contexts • Assist Asset Directors in HR matters and optimize staff management at asset level • Ensure reporting of HR information and deployment of key HR policies across assets

Responsabilidades • Bachelor • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business (plus) • At least 10 years in Generalist HR roles • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and end-to-end HR programs • Experience in shared services environments and cost allocation • Knowledge of Spanish labor laws; US and European laws valued • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across all levels and lead teams • Fluency in English
