Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional remote customer support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, video calls).

Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to our client's products.

Provide detailed product information and guidance to a integral customer base.

Document all customer interactions, solutions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product management)



to address customer needs and improve product offerings.

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-service.

Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or products.

Contribute to a positive and supportive remote team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a technical support, customer service, or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Experience with remote collaboration tools and CRM systems.

Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
