We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki.

Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, roadside assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location: This role is only remote in Greece.

Work remotely anywhere in Greece.

Work Model: Remote

Language: Dutch - C1/C2 level

English: B2-C1, depending on the project

Compensation: €1,300-€1,500 gross/month (paid over 14 months)+ performance-based bonus of up to €250/month, depending on the project

Relocation Package: Hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee

Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Your Responsibilities- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat- Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs- Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions- Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems- Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution- Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary- Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases- Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records- Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction

Requirements- C1/C2 level of Dutch- B2-C1 level of English, depending on the project- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities- Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment- Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
