KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers, and post-purchase upsells. You will set strategy, build backlogs, brief and QA tests, launch variants, and ship winners, all while driving revenue per visitor.
The role requires 3-4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems proficiency, and a data-driven approach to prove lifts in CVR, AOV, and RPV.
