¿Dónde vas a trabajar?An international multinational company embarking on a significant transformation journey, moving from a family-led environment to a modern, scalable, and professionally managed organization under private equity ownership.¿Qué harás en tu actual puesto?- Define and execute the regional HR strategy across EMEA & Americas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational, people, and change management matters.- Lead organizational design initiatives, including structures, governance models, job architecture, and workforce planning.- Drive HR transformation projects focused on scalability, process harmonization, and operational excellence.- Oversee talent acquisition activities for senior and critical positions across the region.- Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee development programs.- Manage performance management processes and support a high-performance culture.- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking, annual review cycles,
