You safeguard financial integrity, steer Pu0026amp;L performance, automate reporting, and uphold governance.

You lead end-to-end project controlling for strategic deals and provide actionable insights to improve margins and cash flow.

You own Sub-Pu0026amp;L, monitor key KPIs, and drive timely financial closings.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Lead end-to-end project controlling for strategic, high-impact deals• Oversee forecast preparation and validation (Forecast at Completion, Monthly Pacing, Rolling Forecast)• Act as finance owner for Sub-Pu0026L, including topline, gross margin,



and overhead absorption• Monitor performance metrics across product lines and ensure accurate reporting• Lead monthly closing activities and ensure financial discipline• Own core financial operations, standardize processes, and drive digitalization and simplification of workflows• Support finance transformation with focus on data quality and automation• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks• Act as reference for cross-functional teams on financial process matters

Responsabilidades• 5+ years in corporate finance, controlling or equivalent• Fluent in Spanish and good level of English• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field• Strong analytical, governance and reporting skills• Ability to partner with operational teams and drive action
