Experteer Overview In this program architect role, you will shape GE Vernova's engineering capabilities to scale across businesses and accelerate the energy transition.

You’ll blend strategy and execution to build engineering-specific solutions and drive adoption, while piloting AI-enabled workforce intelligence to improve capability decisions.

You will lead Talent u0026amp; Skills workstreams within Engineer 2030 and report to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent systems.

This role blends transformation, analytics, and cross-business collaboration to raise engineering productivity and readiness for future challenges.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Design and execute engineering workforce capability transformation aligned with future needs• Shape enterprise engineering reviews that connect skills gaps, succession planning, and internal mobility• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to map skills, risks,



and development priorities• Develop external talent strategy and internal pipelines to address priority gaps• Own the Edison engineering development program strategy and execution• Coordinate cross-workstream alignment (Culture, Systems Engineering, Technologists, Transformation) and deliver program updates to executive sponsors

Responsabilidades• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 7+ years in engineering, technology, or related field• Proven structured problem-solving including kaizen events, root cause analysis, and process design• Experience translating business strategy into workforce capability frameworks or talent pipelines• Strong data fluency and ability to generate strategic recommendations from workforce analytics• Experience leading without direct authority in a global matrix organization• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with executive-level content• Ability to operate within enterprise governance while serving a specialized technical population
