About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading integral customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a fully remote role within Spain. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a technical mindset who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in an international, fast-growing environment. You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.

What you'll do

-

- Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions

- Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices

- Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution

- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems

- Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures





What we're looking for

- Fluent or bilingual

- German (C1/C2) with advanced English

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support

- Strong communication and active listening skills

- Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution

- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment

- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using support tools and systems

- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Currently based in Spain

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Salary

€22,500 per year (gross)

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly when you weigh up the package.
