About the Position

Are you a German-speaking professional with a background in sales or customer relations? An international team in Barcelona is looking for a Business Development Representative to support business growth, connect with potential clients, and develop new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients and introduce relevant services.

- Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs.

- Develop and maintain professional client relationships.

- Follow up on sales leads and support the sales process.

- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.





- Meet agreed performance targets and collaborate with colleagues.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).

- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and database management.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
