Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs for commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and aesthetic goals.
- Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, renderings, and construction documents, utilizing industry-standard software.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify opportunities and constraints.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors,



and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations in Guanajuato.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.

Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing commercial and residential buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful residential and commercial design projects.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and project management principles.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the architectural context of León, Guanajuato is advantageous.
- Membership in the relevant architectural professional body.
