Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece

Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours

Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket, airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests





- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions

- Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems

- Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

- Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We Are Looking For

-

- C1/C2 level German

- English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication

- Previous experience xghoner in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset

- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
