You will analyse customers’ accounts to detect fraudulent behaviour and help minimise fraud trends through regular checks, including payments processing.
Work with the Fraud & Risk teams to resolve escalations, monitor KYC, deposits and withdrawals, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining compliance with gambling regulations. xghoner
