SkinOn is expanding its international operations and is looking for a strong leader to manage and develop its Prague branch.

Head of Sales & Branch Director — Prague

We are looking for an experienced and proactive leader to take responsibility for the sales function and overall management of SkinOn's Prague branch.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Prague, Czechia. The successful candidate will lead the local sales team, drive revenue growth, develop commercial opportunities, and ensure the effective day-to-day operation and development of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.





- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Prague branch and ensure its effective functioning.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in the Czech market.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute to budgeting.

- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.

- Take ownership of the branch's commercial results and contribute to its long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management, commercial leadership, or branch management.

- Experience leading a team and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze sales performance, manage budgets, and plan business growth.

- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to management.

- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, retail, or related industries is an advantage.

- Fluency in Czech is highly desirable; English is an advantage. Other relevant languages are a plus.

- Experience in an international or multicultural business environment is an advantage.
