Twin Peaks Capital is a boutique real estate development investment and asset management firm based in Madrid, specialised in the living and hospitality sectors. We invest, develop and manage our projects across Spain through joint ventures with institutional and private investors.

The role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in the financial management of our projects and the management company. This is a hands-on position with high visibility, exposure to institutional‑grade transactions, and real scope to grow with the firm.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain project financial models, updating quarterly actuals and analysing variances against business plan
- Review the accounts of project SPVs and the management company prepared by the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and consistency with financial models and reporting
- Prepare cash flow forecasts at project and company level
- Manage loan drawdowns and prepare covenant compliance certificates under development facilities
- Prepare periodic reporting for JV partners, investors and lenders
- Coordinate year-end closes and statutory audits with the accounting team and external auditors
