Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items to exacting standards for a designated station.

- Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation of all dishes served from your station.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.

- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients for your station.

- Collaborate effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

- Follow recipes and instructions accurately.





- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

- Assist with training junior kitchen staff as required.

- Uphold the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence and innovation.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.

- Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

- Team player with good communication skills.

- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience is highly valued.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Mérida, Yucatán .
