About us
SoccerSolver builds financial intelligence software for football. Our product for clubs went from €0 to €400K ARR in under 3 months, and we have raised close to USD 1M. AgentSolver is our vertical for player representation agencies. Football agents have already invested €180K for us to build it for them. The role We are looking for a CEO who leads AgentSolver as a founder and partner, not as an employee. You will own part of the company and lead it from day one, with €180K of capital (+ leading new round) to turn it into a business. What you will do in your first 100 days.
• Raise the next round, starting with smart money from the football industry.
• Talk to agencies and agents, and turn those conversations into paying clients.
• Work with our product team to build a version that agencies are willing to pay for.




• Define how the money is spent and which milestones each euro has to unlock. What we are looking for
• An owner’s mindset. You are in it for the good times and the bad ones.
• Leading the company end to end. From 0 -> 1 strategies.
• Technical abilities at least to understand the software and the company.
• (bonus)A real network in football: agencies, agents, clubs or investors who would take your call.
• Proven experience selling B2B, raising capital, or both.
• Someone who brings names, not strategies. You know which agencies dominate the market, who decides inside them, and how to reach them. Fluent English and extra language. Other languages are a plus.
