German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for a fully remote role
within Spain. This opportunity is idóneo for candidates with a
technical mindset who enjoy helping customers, solving problems,

support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical
assistance while contributing to a positive and professional
customer experience. Day to day that means act as the first point
of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email,




troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate
solutions, educate customers on product usage, updates, and best
practices, create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to
ensure resolution, collaborate with internal teams to handle
complex or escalated cases, maintain accurate customer records and
documentation in internal systems, and ensure service quality,
professionalism, and adherence to support procedures. What you need
to bring Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Currently based in Spain Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using support tools and
systems Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving
