- Develop and expand the European market for multi-omics research services, targeting universities, research institutions, biotech, pharma, and life science organizations.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our internal technical and project teams to translate customer needs into deliverable solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings (regular travel required).
- Complete other business development tasks assigned by management.

2. Requirements

- 1. Master's degree or above in Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology,



or a related field.
- 2. Must be legally authorized to work in France, Germany, or Italy.
- 4. Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings and business development.

3. Preferred (Nice to Have)

- 1. Experience in sales or customer management within the life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industries.
- 2. Experience selling multi-omics, sequencing services, or scientific research services.
- 3. Existing network within European academic or pharma research communities.
- 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- 5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
