We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an established AI team working on innovative Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives with direct business impact. Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions in production environments.
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify data-driven opportunities.
* Design and develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new initiatives and use cases.
* Build predictive models related to forecasting, optimization and business decision-making.
* Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers and Analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions.
* Utilize cloud and Big Data technologies to process large volumes of data and improve model performance.
* Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance. Required Skills
* 3+ years of experience developing AI or Machine Learning solutions with Python.
* Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
* Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.




* Experience delivering end-to-end Machine Learning projects from PoC to production.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments.
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields. Nice to Have
* Experience within Retail, Fashion, eCommerce or Supply Chain environments.
* Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda or related technologies.
* Knowledge of Databricks, Airflow or Big Data ecosystems.
* Experience with CI/CD practices, Jenkins and MLOps.
* Experience in Computer Vision, NLP and/or Generative AI projects.
* Experience building forecasting or optimization models.
