We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates across the diverse Spanish-speaking world — making a real impact on one of the most widely spoken languages on the planet.

What You'll Do
* Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional relevance
* Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, formality, and cultural nuance
* Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and authenticity
* Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and register mismatches
* Provide clear, structured feedback to improve overall localization quality
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are
* Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
* Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English
* Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants and how they differ
* Comfortable evaluating written language quality across diverse content types
* Attention to detail and consistency

* Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
