Type: 100% REMOTE

Location: Spain Based in EMEA, preferably Spain. Working hours should allow overlap with Americas-based hotels and teams.

Must Have:

- Training, Change Management
- CRS experience
- Smartsheet

As Project Specialist, you will keep deployments on track by coordinating timelines, validating hotel configuration data, supporting data migration, and training hotel teams so they adopt the new systems with confidence.

Qualifications

- 3+ years in project coordination or project management, ideally in hotel tech deployments.
- Opera Cloud PMS experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Experience working with hotel operations , leadership, vendors, and corporate teams.
- Strong planning, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
- Comfortable working across time zones; willingness to travel for deployments.
