About The Role

We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns. Your judgment helps ensure that AI systems treat people fairly, communicate responsibly, and avoid harm. This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to thoughtful people from any background. You don't need a degree in ethics or AI — you need a sharp eye, an open mind, and a genuine care for getting things right.

What You'll Do
• Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful messaging
• Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, fair, and appropriate for diverse audiences
• Identify ethical concerns and articulate your reasoning through structured written feedback
• Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
• Push AI systems toward more equitable and responsible behavior through your evaluations
