Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements ~ Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations. ~ Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite. ~ Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making. ~ Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues.



~ Participate in cross-functional finance projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements. ~ Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions. ~ Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses. ~ Contribute to the optimization and automation of billing processes. ~ Ensure compliance with finance controls, data governance standards, and best practices.

Experience:
