What you will do
• University leadership: set the strategy and lead daily operations, the academic community and the team.
• Academic quality and compliance: ensure the university meets Spanish and Catalan regulatory, registration and quality requirements, and works towards recognised accreditations.
• Growth and enrolment: drive student recruitment, admissions and retention, locally and internationally, with clear targets.
• Partnerships: build relationships with universities, business schools, companies and public institutions in Barcelona, Catalonia and across the SELART network.




• People: recruit, lead and develop faculty and staff, working closely with the academic leadership.
• Management: own the budget, resources and reporting to Group leadership. What you bring
• A PhD (preferred) or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in higher education.
• Experience in university operations, budgets, accreditation and team leadership.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Catalan is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the higher education sector in Spain.
• An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with strong people and communication skills.
