About The Role

We're looking for Audio Transcription Specialists to convert real-world audio recordings into accurate, well-formatted text — helping train the next generation of AI speech and language models. This is a fully remote, versátil contract role open to anyone with strong listening skills and a commitment to accuracy. No professional transcription experience required.

What You'll Do
• Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following clear formatting guidelines
• Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality conditions
• Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker labeling rules
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where needed
• Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each batch of work
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are
• Strong listener with sharp attention to detail
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio
• Comfortable following detailed style and formatting guidelines
• Reliable and self-motivated in a remote work environment

• Familiarity with different English accents or dialects
