Proposed compensation:

€50,000–€60,000 gross per year, depending on experience and autonomy, plus company-provided accommodation and a company vehicle for work.

Main responsibilities:

– permanent presence on the assigned construction sites;

– coordination of Project Leaders, internal teams and subcontractors;

– preparation of medium-term construction programmes together with our Project Manager;

– preparation of weekly and short-term programmes with the Project Leaders;

– control of production, quality, deadlines and site organisation;

– advance planning of labour, materials, subcontractors and equipment requirements;

– coordination with the Purchasing and Logistics department for material deliveries and the movement of trucks,



excavators and machinery;

– verification of completed quantities and support in preparing monthly progress valuations;

– immediate reporting of technical, production and programme issues;

– proper identification and documentation of variations and additional works.

The candidates should have solid experience as Jefes de Obra, preferably in luxury residential construction, villas, hotels or other high-quality developments. Professional Spanish and permanent relocation to Ibiza are essential.
