This is an on-site Receptionist role based at The Pool Marbella. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, dealing with couriers & receiving mail, managing check-ins and meeting room bookings, as well as providing information about our facilities & services.

Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries in person and via email, and maintaining a professional and friendly front-desk presence. The role also involves handling reservations, coordinating with other departments to support member & team needs, whilst performing basic clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing physicial mail & packages. The Receptionist is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a smooth and efficient front-of-house operation.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with a diverse range of international clients.




- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette in English & Spanish including managing bookings via our internal CRM, prep, aftercare and upkeep of our meeting rooms and communal spaces and overall handling of inquiries efficiently.
- Solid clerical and administrative skills, such as basic computer literacy, data entry, scheduling, and sensitive data & document handling.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or reception is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in Marbella with adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have valid work permit
- Ideally ready to incorporate immediately
