Role purpose The Technical Workstream Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering the Technical, Integrations and AI workstream for the LMS Replacement Programme. The role combines hands-on technical subject matter expertise with workstream delivery leadership across technical design, integrations, engineering deliverables, technical testing and cutover preparation. Reporting to the IT Delivery Lead, the role owns the detailed workstream plan and delivery of agreed technical outputs.

The successful candidate must be able to deliver technical and integration components within a validated GxP environment and produce complete, traceable and inspection-ready evidence. The successful candidate will be AI-fluent and able to evaluate and apply appropriate automation, engineering accelerators and AI-assisted delivery approaches within agreed architecture, quality and compliance guardrails.
