Scopely is seeking an IT Support Technician II to join the IT/Ops team in Barcelona on a site basis, working five days a week from the hub. The role covers diagnostics, troubleshooting across mac OS, Windows, i OS, and Android, and ongoing maintenance of security practices and documentation. The candidate will onboard/offboard users, manage device lifecycles, and drive process improvements with automation.
